How do I get to Max Residence from the airport?

Here are the ways you can get to our residence:Take a bus serviced by Rung Reung (blue buses) from the airport to North Pattaya bus station and then take a local 'Songtaew' or motorbike taxi.Take a taxi directly from the airport to our residence.Call a driver from 'Bolt' or 'Grab' using their respective application.

Can I have visitors in my room?

Accepted Answer

Yes, you may have guests in your room, provided the total number of occupants does not exceed two people, including yourself.

Guests must adhere to our house rules and maintain a respectful and quiet environment for all residents.

Are pets allowed in the residence?

Accepted Answer

Unfortunately, pets are not allowed at Max Residence due to hygiene and sanitary reasons. 
We appreciate your understanding.

Is breakfast included in the room rate?

Accepted Answer

No, breakfast is not included in the rent as we do not have an on-site restaurant. 
The rental fee covers the room only.

There are plenty of local restaurants nearby with all sort of cuisine guests may visit with a short walk 😊

Unfortunately, we cannot provide extra beds due to the layout of our rooms. 
We apologize for any inconvenience.

What payment methods do you accept?

Accepted Answer

Here at Max Residence, we accept payment by Thai bank transfer, Thai bank QR transfer, cash, debit and credit cards.

However, please note that if you opt to pay through the use of debit/credit cards, there will be a surcharge of 3.5%. Please kindly note that a physical debit/credit card is required for this payment method. No digital bank cards are accepted.
